Tejinder Singh withdraws plea against Army Chief

Retired Lt Gen Tejinder Singh today withdrew his petition against Army Chief VK Singh from the Supreme Court. Tejinder Singh told the court that he had obtained some highly confidential details, which he would not like to be put in a public forum. The case would now be contested in the high court.
