Ties strained as Pakistan fostering terror: Pallam Raju
India on Wednesday said that its relationship with Pakistan is under strain as the neighbouring country continues to foster terrorism from its soil. Barely a week before the two countries are about to meet for foreign secretary level talks, Minister of State for Defence, M M Pallam Raju, said that Pakistan needs to contain terror emanating from its soil. Meanwhile, asked about the development in inquiry of the recent Pune blast and the possibility of Pakistan-based terror outfit in it, the junior Defence minister declined to make any such comment.
