UP govt delays Raja Bhaiya’s arrest in cop murder: Mayawati

BSP chief Mayawati said the Uttar Pradesh government has deliberately avoided the arrest of Raja Bhaiya already named in FIR in DSP Zia-ul-Haque murder case.
