UP Govt not co-operating in Amethi's progress: Rahul

General Secretary of Congress party, Rahul Gandhi said on Monday that Uttar Pradesh's government, led by Mayawati, was a hurdle in development of his parliamentary constituency in Amethi. Gandhi was addressing a gathering after inaugurating a stamping unit of state-run power equipment maker Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in Jagdishpur area during a three-day visit to his constituency.
