Pakistan has reacted sharply to the defence and chip deals signed between India and the U.S. during PM Narendra Modi's state visit. The Pakistan Foreign Affairs Ministry issued a statement flagging deep concern over the planned transfer of advanced military technologies to India. "Such steps are accentuating military imbalance in the region and undermining strategic stability. They remain unhelpful in achieving the objective of a durable peace in South Asia," the statement read. Pak called on the U.S. to be wary of a one sided position on such matters.
