Iran’s F-15E kill forces US boots on ground: Watch America’s high-risk rescue of ‘Alpha’ & ‘Bravo’

Newly declassified Pentagon footage has revealed details of a high-risk U.S. combat search-and-rescue mission inside Iran after an American F-15E Strike Eagle was shot down on April 3. The two-member crew, identified by the call signs Alpha and Bravo, ejected and landed roughly five miles apart. Alpha was rescued first, while the injured Bravo remained inside Iran and evaded capture for about 50 hours before being extracted around sunrise on April 5. CBS News reported that 21 U.S. aircraft were deployed for the rescue. The footage shows American para-rescue forces conducting the daring operation deep inside Iranian territory.
