Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has launched a fiery attack on Donald Trump and foreign support for Brazil's right wing ahead of the country's presidential election. Speaking at a rally, Lula declared that the far right would never govern Brazil again while challenging Trump and Argentina's Javier Milei to back his rivals if they wished. He also called for greater investment in engineering, artificial intelligence and education to help Brazil compete with global powers.
