After Jaishankar, PM Modi Responds To Bulgaria Message On Indian Navy Defeating Pirates, Saving Ship

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 19 responded to a message from the President of Bulgaria regarding Indian Navy's recent operation to rid a cargo ship of pirates and rescue the civilian crew. Bulgaria's President thanked India a day after the country's Deputy Prime Minister had sent a similar message to which India's foreign minister S.
