'First make your own child terrorist...': Indian Army officer on 'white collar terrorists'

A senior Indian Army officer alerted the people of Jammu and Kashmir about 'white collar terrorists' - operatives who pose as professionals in order to entrap youth and recruit them into terrorist ranks. Lt Gen DP Pandey, GOC of Srinagar-based Chinar Corps, said that J&K's general population must beware of such terror operatives, and confront them by telling them to first recruit their own children for the horrible activities.
