Gandhi abused, Godse praised: Chhattisgarh police book Kalicharan Maharaj

Chhatrtisgarh police have booked a right-wing Hindu leader Kalicharan Maharaj after his video at Raipur 'Dharam Sansad' wherein he was heard abusing Mahatma Gandhi went viral. In the video, Kalicharan not only abused Gandhi but also praised his killer Nathuram Godse at the event. While the case has been registered, but so far there has no arrest. Kalicharan also spewed venom against the minority Muslim community and accused Gandhi of dividing the country on the basis of religion in 1947. Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel has promised action against over the matter. The fresh row involving 'Dharam Sansad' came days after a similar event was held at Hariwdar where speakers only called for the genocide of Muslims in India. Watch the video for more.
