Jaishankar meets Ukraine PM; Kyiv seeks India's help to demilitarize N-plant

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met Ukrainian PM Denys Shmyhal at the United Nations. Jaishankar appraises Shmyhal on India's position that calls for cessation of hostilities and resolving the issues through diplomacy and dialogue. In a tweet, Jaishankar said that he discussed the Ukraine war and its consequences with PM Shmyhal. Food, energy security and the safety of Ukraine’s nuclear facilities also featured in the talks.
