Suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma skipped Kolkata police summon on June 20 in a case related to her controversial remarks on Prophet. Nupur sent a mail to Kolkata police, saying she can't appear for questioning due to alleged threat to her life. She has also sought a 4-week's time to physically appear before the cops. Meanwhile, West Bengal Assembly has passed a motion condemning Nupur Sharma's remarks on prophet.
