'Took care of big concern': PM Modi on land given to landless families | Assam

Months before Assam votes for a new state government, Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed land allotment certificates to landless indigenous families in the state. While PM personally handed certificates to 10 recipients, a total of 1.06 lakh families are benefiting from the scheme. He said that the programme marked the amalgamation of pride, security and independence of Assam's indigenous people.
