West Bengal Minister Jakir Hossain and some of his supporters were injured in a bomb attack on him at the Nimtita Railway station in Murshidabad. An unverified video, allegedly of the incident, shows the Minister walking with some of his supporters when a crude bomb explodes leaving him & a few others injured. Doctors said that the Minister has received injuries in hand and leg but is stable and out of anger. Governor Jagdeep Dhankar & Railway Minister Piyush Goyal condemned the attack on the Minister.
