Why Interpol rejected India's notice request against SFJ's Gurpatwant Pannun

Interpol has rejected India's request to issue a red corner notice against Sikhs for Justice founder Gurpatwant Singh Pannun on terror charges. Reports said that the Interpol has returned the request by CBI with more queries.
