'One Rank One Pension' for Armed Forces: Top Court says no implementation faults

Supreme Court upholds 'One Rank, One Pension', says ex-servicemen's pension will be re-fixed from July 1, 2019, and arrears paid in 3 months. Judges stated there is no legal mandate that same rank pensioners must be given the same pension. Judgement pronounced by 3-judge bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud.
