Russian President Vladimir Putin shocked everyone by replacing Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu with civilian Andrei Belsouv who has a background in economics. The changes are set to be approved by Russian parliamentarians. The shock move comes two years into Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
