Peskov stressed mutual respect, national interests and economic cooperation, while pointing to Kyrgyzstan’s growth through the Eurasian Economic Union. He also highlighted Russian-language education, with thousands of Kyrgyz students studying in Russia, and praised the close personal relationship between the two countries’ presidents. Peskov said shared history, culture, education and economic interests continue to strengthen Moscow-Bishkek ties. He also welcomed growing cooperation across the Turkic-speaking world and praised cultural and sporting initiatives that bring the region’s communities together.
