Decks might have been cleared for Australian cricket stars' to appear in the Indian Premier League, but they will be able to feature only in the initial part of the upcoming Twenty20 tournament in view of their upcoming tour to the West Indies. The Australians will be required to leave the April 18-June 1 competition in its middle to return home for a national camp ahead of their series against West Indies, which began in the second week of May.
