Times Square horror: woman stabs two in 20 seconds, NYPD shoots knife-wielding attacker dead

A woman armed with two large kitchen knives allegedly stabbed two people in Times Square on August 31, killing a 32-year-old woman and seriously injuring a 68-year-old man, before NYPD officers shot the suspect after Tasers failed to stop her advance. The second victim remains in stable condition, authorities said.
