Uttarakhand cloudburst: Shocking first footage from Chamoli | Homes, vehicles swept under debris

A devastating cloudburst struck Tharali tehsil in Uttarakhand’s Chamoli district on the night of August 22, triggering flash floods and leaving several people feared missing or trapped under debris. Massive destruction was reported in houses, shops and also of vehicles. The India Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert warning of more intense rains, thunder, and lightning in Uttarakhand. Watch the video for more.
