Families of Nepali climbers who lost their lives on Broad Peak in the Karakoram range in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) gathered in Kathmandu to hold prayers and a candlelight vigil as they awaited the return of their loved ones' bodies.
Emotional scenes showed relatives lighting candles, offering prayers and paying tribute to the climbers, whose deaths have left Nepal's mountaineering community in mourning. Family members expressed grief while hoping for the safe repatriation of the bodies.
