‘Emotionless’: Russian FM on talks with Blinken; Talks nuke treaty with U.S Secy

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has revealed what he spoke about with U.S. Secretary of States Antony Blinken on the sidelines of the G20 foreign ministers’ meeting in India last week. Speaking in an interview on Russian state TV, Lavrov said that the conversation was 'constructive,' but he heard nothing new from the U.S. side.
