Giant banners of the Houthi leader have been purportedly put up in NATO nations. Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi's poster was seen hung on a wall with a Turkish flag above it. Multiple users on X, formerly Twitter, claimed that the footage was from Istanbul. An Al-Houthi-Houthi was also allegedly displayed on a building in an Istanbul market. "Volunteers of Al Quds" was reportedly written on the banner of Al-Houthi. In November 2023, the banner of Al-Qassam Brigades spokesperson Abu Obaida also allegedly appeared in Istanbul.
