Russian President Vladimir Putin is all set to visit China to take part in the Belt and Road initiative in October. This will be Putin's first foreign visit since the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for him in March over war crimes linked to the kidnapping of children from Ukraine, according to a Bloomberg report.
