After retreating from Kherson, Russian President Vladimir Putin has shifted focus to east Ukraine. Heavy shelling from the Russian side in Donetsk Oblast of Ukraine. Donetsk Governor appealed to civilians in Chasiv Yar and Toretsk cities to evacuate immediately as Russian troops launched non-stop shelling in the regions.
