'Shoot In The Head': Chechen Warlord's Deadly Order After Riots At Russia's Dagestan Airport

Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the Muslim-majority southern Russian region of Chechnya, has ordered the use of lethal force against rioters. In a chilling threat, Kadyrov said that rioters should be shot in the head. The threat comes after an unruly mob in neighbouring Dagestan stormed an airport.
