Taliban minister's witty reply to BBC journalist goes viral; 'Count Us Among...'

Taliban has made it clear that Afghanistan will not return to democracy as long as the group is in power and slammed international community for not recognising the de-facto government of Afghanistan. Taliban foreign minister Amir Khan Muttaqi told BBC Pashto that time for Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's recognition has arrived and that it has fulfilled all the promises made to world community in Doha agreement.
