Russian president Vladimir Putin has drawn a red line for NATO expansion and once again warned the United States and West against inclusion of Ukraine into the military alliance. Putin said that the ball is in the court of Washington, referring to Russia's security proposals aimed at curbing NATO's eastward expansion.
