Torrential rains continue to lash China

Torrential rains lashed southern China on Sunday, in wake of the tropical storm Fengshen which has swept across the area since its arrival earlier in the week. The storm had killed at least 14 people by Saturday in Guangdong province alone. Despite the fact that the storm itself had mainly passed by Sunday morning, Guangdong, the country's manufacturing hub, was still being hit by torrential downpours.
