Watch: Washington girl chases kidnapper, helps rescue 22-month-old baby

A kidnapper is on the loose in Washington after attempting to abduct a 22-month old child. When onlookers saw the child's siblings running behind the kidnapper screaming for help, they chased the kidnapper on foot.Officials say the child was dropped in a vacant lot before fleeing.Washington Police are asking for public help in tracking down the abductor.
