At the same time, other cautious voices in Pakistan agreed with Modi’s assertion that there were different types of forces operating in Pakistan and it was difficult who to engage in dialogue.

Analyst Mujeebur Rehman Shami said Modi’ s remarks“suggest his frustration with Pakistan “.
