Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may have tried their best to quash rumours of split but latest reports suggest that all is not well in the 'Brangelina' paradise as they have been sleeping in separate rooms.
The couple has been staying for months in Long Island estate in New York where Jolie is shooting for spy-thriller 'Salt' but it appears that Pitt and Jolie have chosen to sleep not just in different bedrooms but in different houses, Daily Mail reported quoting sources.
The Hollywood stars moved into the 24-acre Seacroft Estate in February with their six children -- Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne.
A source from the Long Island revealed that the actress would often stay alone at the beachfront villa without her 45-year-old lover.
"They would often sleep as far away from each other as possible, not even in separate bedrooms but in separate houses. Angelina spent most of her time in one of the annexes while Brad lived in the main house with its ten bedrooms," the source said.
"He wasn't actually there for much of the time, which upset Angie and caused major ructions in their relationship," the source added.
The Hollywood 'It' couple has been dogged with break-up rumours in the last few months and even tried to quash them with a rare public display of affection at the Cannes red carpet last month. However, industry sources say it was a staged show of togetherness.
