Pakistan's military leadership has "blessed" the country's opening to India, a top American diplomat, till recently stationed in Islamabad, has said, but conceded he is not sure what the real motives are.
Former US ambassador to Pakistan Cameron Munter made the comments while speaking here at a think-tank - Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
