West Midlands Police said Tuesday that the 22-year-old man was arrested after arriving at the central England airport on a flight from Dubai.

He was being questioned on Tuesday on suspicion of possessing "a document likely to be of use to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism." Police say the document was found on the suspect, who is in Britain on a student visa, when he arrived on Monday evening.
