Wen will be in New York from September 21 to 23 to attend the two meetings, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said on Tuesday.
He will attend the UN high-level meeting on the Millennium Development Goals and take part in general debate of the 65th session of the UN General Assembly as guest of UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, she said.
