It will be illegal to wear saggy pants in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, as its Council passed an ordinance Wednesday night that will impose fines for anyone who wears pants below the waist in public that expose underwear or what police and the courts determine to be too much skin. Council members voted 8-1 in favour of the ban.
