Mehsud was involved in the murder of several innocent people, Rehman said.

He added that Swat and Buner regions in North West Frontier Province (NWFP) have now been cleared of terrorists and the displaced people would soon start returning to their homes there.

"We are importing scanners from China which would be installed in the cities where there are chances of terrorist activities," the Online news agency said Friday citing Malik.
