Peeved over "family honour", a Pakistani man has chopped off his wife's nose and lips, a media report said on Sunday.
The incident took place in Darg, a tribal area in Dera Ghazi Khan district of Punjab province.
Qadir Buksh fled from home after the attack on his 17-year-old wife Salma bibi, Geo TV reported. No further details were available.
