Romney lone threat to Obama
US presidential hopeful Mitt Romney is currently the only GOP candidate giving a head-to-head contest to President Barack Obama in a potential general election matchup, a new CBS News poll has revealed.

US presidential hopeful Mitt Romney is currently the only GOP candidate giving a head-to-head contest to President Barack Obama in a potential general election matchup, a new CBS News poll has revealed.
Former Massachusetts governor Romney holds a two-point lead against Obama, while Texas Representative Ron Paul trails by just one point.
Both Romney’s lead over Obama — 47% to 45% — and Obama’s lead over Paul — 46% to 45% — are within the survey’s three percentage point margin of error. The poll also found that Obama is leading over major Republican candidates at least by four points. ani
