It will take a decision on sharing the evidence with New Delhi later.
"What the President of Pakistan has said and what the government of Pakistan earlier said it is very clear, I need not add anything to that, about Indian interference and involvement in our internal affairs in Balochistan," Pakistan Foreign Office Spokesperson Tasnim Aslam said.
"At the moment we are processing the information we have and a decision about sharing this evidence with India and others will be taken later," she said.
Musharraf in an interview to a news channel claimed there was a lot of evidence of Indian involvement in Balochistan but he would not like to comment on it.
Pakistan made the allegation after India expressed concern over military action in Balochistan against rebels. India has denied the charge.
