In October 2015, John Abraham hurt his right leg while he was shooting for an action sequence for his film Force 2, in Budapest, Hungary. The actor got his leg operated that same month.

In June, the actor resumed shooting for this same film in Bangkok, Thailand. He is also exercising religiously now. “John is on the road to recovery. He still experiences some pain, but he makes sure he exercises his leg regularly,” says a source close to the actor.

Apparently, John is not only working out at the gym, but at home too. He is also focusing on strengthening his leg muscles. “John does leg presses for 1.5 hours daily. He has three trainers to help him with the routine,” adds the source.

When contacted, the Bollywood actor confirmed the news, and said, “The leg-press machine is an important part of my routine. I think, in general, everyone should work to strengthen their leg muscles.”
