“Four FIRs were registered against Sheila Dikshit two years and 5 months ago. No action has been taken on those FIRs to date. They (the ACB has) instead sought to arrest chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and me, after we complained and launched a probe.

“The ACB hasn’t even thought about taking action against the accused (Dikshit) because we delayed the report... Yesterday, a “notice” was sent to Sheila Dikshit ji on one of the FIRs filed by the 49-day AAP Delhi government in the water metre procurement scam. It was more of a request letter than a notice,” Mishra said.
