Feig shared his take on rebooting classic movies in an interview with Huffington Post, reports variety.com.

“No, no, no. No, I will not. This one was just too tempting because I knew we could do something with it that was exciting,” Feig said.
Feig, who has expressed his desire to helm a Bollywood musical and make a movie with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, added that he will continue to work on original material like his successful Bridesmaids and his cult hit TV show Freaks and Geeks.

Ghostbusters, featuring Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon and Chris Hemsworth, released in India on July 29.
But despite the initial criticism that Ghostbusters unleashed, Feig has also said that the reaction since the film’s opening has been positive overall. “It’s such a validation for the years of false controversy,” Feig said.
