Pictures from the upcoming episode five of the seventh season of Game of Thrones are out and everyone seems stressed. Jon, Daenerys, Cersei, Varys are all brooding, talking, looking utterly bored in upcoming episode, Eastwatch.

After the hell-fire of an episode that was The Spoils of War, perhaps even the much loved characters need some low time. The title suggests something will happen at Eastwatch, the farthest point in the east on the Wall. Some theories predict that because the Bay of Seal has frozen over, as shown in the opening credits of the show, that is where the White Walkers will make entry beyond the Wall.

However, none of that is hinted at in the latest pictures, shared by Entertainment Weekly.

Daenerys is back in Dragonstone and seems to be appreciating something in the sky. Could that be Drogon? Fully recovered since getting speared in the last episode?

There’s Cersei, brooding in her bed, perhaps reeling in agony over losing her loot from the Highgarden, and maybe, her brother too.

If we hadn’t seen the preview, we’d have assumed that the upcoming episode would prove to be quite dull. However, the preview promises White Walkers and Whigs and Bran helping Jon figure out how far along they are. Watch it here:

Eastwatch premieres on Monday. Stay tuned for our review. The show will be aired on Hotstar on Monday, and Star World and Star World HD on Tuesday.
