Rescue operations on as building collapses in Kanpur

Rescue operations are underway at the site where an under-construction building collapsed in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. So far, four people have died, 18 have been rescued while 30 people are still feared trapped under the debris. As per sources, a FIR has been registered against Samajwadi Party leader Mahtab Alam who allegedly owns the property.
