Watch | Earthquake rattles Taiwan

A powerful earthquake toppled a 17-story apartment building in Taiwan. Frantic rescue efforts were carried out to save dozens of people feared trapped in debris. The epicentre of the quake was located around 48 kilometers southeast of Tainan, at a depth of around 10 kilometers, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
