An art exhibition from Canada, highlighting the life of the Eskimos in the north Arctic begins in Delhi. The collection of around 60 pieces of sculptures, printings, drawings, textile art and video are on display in the exhibition ‘Sanaugavut: Inuit Art from the Canadian Arctic,’ scheduled to run in the National Museum till January 2, 2011. The exhibition is divided into artworks sourced from the four regions of the Inuit (a term to describe the indigenous people of Siberia, Alaska, Canada and Greenland).
