Artist Smita Barooah Sanyal's photo exhibition Mundane seeks to explore the unexpected allure of the mundane.
Through images taken during travels across the world, the artist seeks to capture the beauty that is often ignored in the rush of modern life. The interaction between colour, shape and structure are a recurring theme.
The exhibition opens today at 5 pm and continues till March 9 at the Experimental Arts Gallery, India Habitat Centre.
