Popular comedian Jerry Seinfeld all set to spread laughs in Mumbai

Jerry Seinfeld is set to perform in India for the first time, with two shows in the city on March 14 and 15. The popular comedian is coming to the city as part of an ongoing cultural festival.

The Emmy and Golden Globe winning comedian will be performing for the first time ever in Asia.

“I have always been fascinated by India. I have great respect for its people and their way of life. It is a great honour for me to be invited to come there,” said Seinfeld, in a statement.

The comedian is best known for his eponymous TV show, which aired from 1989 to 1998, and won several Emmy and Golden Globe Awards.
